Coconut oil solidifies at room temperature of 75F or colder and melts at around 76F. If the coconut oil is at a solid state warming it will liquefy the oil.

For Hair:Scoop an ample amount melted coconut oil using finger tips onto palms of hands and apply to hair from roots to tips.

For Skin:Scoop a small amount of coconut oil using finger tips onto palms of hands and massage oil onto skin until evenly distributed.
