Ella helps:

• Top up nutrients such as Folate, Vitamin B6, B12 and Magnesium.
• Support a healthy mood and energy function.
• Reduce mild fluid retention and mild bloating.
• Reduce stress and mild anxiety.

Directions:

Take 1 film coated tablet daily, or as advised by your health professional. Take 2 hours from medication. Not intended as a contraceptive or sexual health aid.
