B Cosmic Eyeliner Liquid – Black

Liquid eyeliner that has a thin brush that slides smoothly and offers exceptional accuracy of an exact, opaque and extremely black eyeliner.

Directions:

Sweep along the lash line until you’ve achieved desired definition. Glide onto the lash line, waterline, and into your crease and wing for a smooth, opaque colour.
