Energy boost with orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime, bergamot, lemongrass & ginger essential oils that have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to help uplift and energise.

The invigorating effects of sweet orange, grapefruit, bergamot and lemongrass essential oils have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to revive and uplift when feeling weary and exhausted and suffering from mental fatigue, while the stimulating action of ginger has been used to energise and sharpen the senses.

Directions:

How to use (adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day):Vaporisation: add 3-6 drops ( 0.2ml) to the water in your vaporiser. Massage: add 5 drops ( 0.2ml) to 10ml carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
